My Blogging Journey

Hey everyone, it’s Zainab welcome back to the blog! Today, I thought we should all have a nice chat and I wanted to share with you my blogging journey and how I began blogging, hope you enjoy!

How I Began

I was never really specifically looking to start a blog because honestly, I’m more talkative! However, one afternoon I was just browsing Youtube and I came across a video called ‘How To Start A Blog’ from Meg Says. Just in case you don’t know who she is she’s a super talented blogger and she also has a Youtube Channel (find her blog here and her channel here). I began watching the video with no intention and after it was over I realised how easy it was to start a blog so I did!

How I Started It

As some of you may know, I started my blogging journey on my old blog, Z.H Blogs! I used Blogger and I found it such an easy way to start a blog and then I began! I did posts exactly like the ones I do on this blog! After about 4 months on Zainab Chats I realised that I needed to switch it up slightly! Blogger was great but I realised that a lot of other bloggers used WordPress so I decided to switch to WordPress! It was honestly the best move I made!

Where I Am Now

Zainab Chats has really given me an insight on what Blogging is really about! I’ve also been able to see so many more amazing bloggers who are HUGE inspirations to me! I’ll name some here ↓

Meg Says, The Striped Plaid, Christina And Camera and many more! These 3 bloggers were the people who I aspired to be like before people I even launched this blog!

I just want to thank everyone who has been part of my blogging journey and I’m so excited for the future of Zainab Chats. My aim is to probably collaborate with any other bloggers or maybe win an award (fingers crossed!)
