The Best Way To Manage Your Blog Content

Hi everyone it’s Zainab, welcome or welcome back to the blog! I’ve had so many questions about how I plan my blog content so today I’ll share the best way that works for me.

In my school organisation posts I showed that I used paper notes which stay right on my desk, I’ve tried this for blog posts but plans change therefore it wasn’t practical so I’ll share my new method below!

The Digital Method
So I’ve used Apple Notes to plan out my content and it really helps! I make a table in Apple Notes with one side with the dates and the other side with blog posts!

This method works as sometimes I may forget to write posts or I need to change the date so I can easily switch it on my phone!

I also love this as I always have my phone on me so if I ever have a lightbulb moment I can quickly note down the post so I don’t forget. Also, this method doesn’t just apply to blog posts, I use this method for Instagram posts too!
