How To Be More Confident In Yourself

Hey guys it’s Zainab! One of my most requested posts is how to gain confidence and how to be confident in yourself! So today I’m going to share with you how you should be confident in yourself in different circumstances!

In Public: Most Of The People Will Never See You Again
If you’re in public and you need to do something like public speaking with a room full of people you hardly even know then just be yourself! Besides, most of the people you won’t ever see again so who cares what they think!

In Places With People You Know: They Won’t Judge You
With people you know, you should just be yourself because they won’t judge you as you already know them, and even if they do judge you, they’ll most likely keep it to themselves as they know you so you won’t even know what they think! So, embrace your inner confidence!

In Your Mental Health
I didn’t know whether to put this in or not however mental health is super important! So, the way I’m confident with my mental health is to just think of positive affirmations! Even simple ones like ‘you got this,’ can really make a difference!

Very good points you’ve made here! Developing confidence is truly a lifelong process and comes easier with age but we must always remember these simple facts… people are most often focused only on themselves. They don’t have time to judge or criticise you as harshly as you would yourself. Time to turn off our inner critics! Great post.

This is good advice. Sometimes it’s easy to get caught up on what other people think without realising that it doesn’t really matter that much in the grand scheme of things. Positive affirmations really help me. I often tell myself off or say bad things about myself so it’s good for me to remember to not always be so negative towards myself and to be positive instead. Thanks!
