Hey everyone, it’s Zainab, welcome or welcome back to Zainab Chats! Today, I’m going to be sharing with you guys my favourite tools for blogging success! These are apps and websites that just help make blogging so much easier for beginners!

Before I share them though, I just wanted to let you guys know that some of my blogging friends gave me some of the ideas for this post. We are all in an engagement group called the ‘Blogger Squad’ where we help eachother with blogging so I will link all their blogs at the end of the post. For now, let’s jump into it!
Social Media:
Social Media is quite vital if you want to grow your blog. You can put the blog in your ‘link in the bio’ and let you followers know when a new post is out, it definitely helped me grow in the beginning!
Lightroom:
Adobe Lightroom is a photo editing app. I use this app to help me edit photos I take for my blog and it definitely does the trick. The app is free so it won’t cost you anything (however you have to pay for the application on desktop or laptop) and my favourite part is that you can create your own presets so you can have a cohesive aesthetic on your blog!
Taskade:
Taskade is an app where you can manage your blog content. You can create weekly agendas of things you need to get done on your blog. If you have more then one blog owner you can collaborate on reminders so it’s great if you team up with other blogggers too!
Canva:
Canva is a free design website that you can use to create graphics and templates. I personally use Canva to create the graphics with the blog post name at the start of my blog post. However, a lot of bloggers use it to create freebies and printables for their readers too!
Google Calendar:
Most of us know what Google Calendar is, but for anybody who doesn’t, it’s a calendar app and website that you can use the schedule events, reminders and more! As a blogger, you can use it to schedule when you will write up blog posts, publish posts and more!
Thanks so much for reading this post guys, I hope you have enjoyed! Be sure to follow all the girls who have helped me with this blog post! They are: Beth, Meghan, Catherine, Christina, Isabella, Pati, Imaan and Maryam!

I don’t know if I will ever use my own photos for my blog since I suck as a photographer, but you’re definitely right about Lightroom being really good.

Haha don’t worry, honestly I’m no photographer either, just finding some cute objects and taking a photo of them and using a Lightroom preset is definitely the easiest way to take some cute photos! Thanks for reading Shelly!!

I haven’t heard of Taskade and I’ve been looking for something just like it! I just started using Google Calendar despite having it for years and never knowing what to do with it haha. It’s become my main source of REMEMBERING WHAT TO DO lmao! So mad it took me so long to see how useful it is!

Thanks for the mention gorgeous! Taskade is new to me but it sounds very helpful! I’m on a schedule of Monday, Wednesday and Friday posts but I think it’d be great to plan my blog posts out as I would my social media content! x

Nice list, Zainab!
I used Canva to create my blog’s logo. It’s a really nice and easy-to-use tool for designing.
My takeaway from this list is Adobe Lightroom. I’ll try using it for my blog pics.
But I have to ask: is it okay to customize stock photos, or must you only use your own photos for blog pics?
Love your blog,💕

Thanks so much Vanessa! There’s nothing wrong with stock photos (just make sure you credit the creator and source them from a good website!) I just personally do my own photos for convenience!
