This is a great way to put a smile on someones face! If you take a note and write something like ‘I Love You’ and hide it, you can really make someones day!
Prepare A Surprise Meal For Your Family
A lot of people right now may be sick of cooking in lockdown, so you could try and create a meal! If you can’t cook – ask someone to help you!
Prepare An Art Project To Do With Someone
Art is a great way to relieve stress, with stress levels rising during these difficult times, preparing an art project will definitely allow you to have some fun with someone!
This is the most simple way! If you just smile, a smile is contagious so other people around you will smile! Also, smiling releases endorphins which is a hormone that makes you happier so it will boost your mood!
