Hello everyone it’s Zainab, welcome or welcome back to Zainab Chats! Today, I’m going to share with you guys 3 easy activities you can do to increase your positivity. Let’s get into the list!

Quilling
I’ve spoken about quilling before, it’s essentially the art of rolling paper. You can roll them into different shapes and make cute patterns. It’s a great stress reliever that really does make you more positive.
Reading
If you’re feeling really upset or aggravated then reading can transport you into a brand new reality and really boost your positivity.
Journalling
When you journal, you let our your inner thoughts and have almost a sense of peace. You could either bullet journal where you right down your mood of have a proper journal where you write your thoughts every day. Either way, it definitely helps embrace your positivity
