I’ve spoken about quilling before, it’s essentially the art of rolling paper. You can roll them into different shapes and make cute patterns. It’s a great stress reliever that really does make you more positive.
If you’re feeling really upset or aggravated then reading can transport you into a brand new reality and really boost your positivity.
When you journal, you let our your inner thoughts and have almost a sense of peace. You could either bullet journal where you right down your mood of have a proper journal where you write your thoughts every day. Either way, it definitely helps embrace your positivity
