Eid – Highlights Of The Day

Hello everyone it’s Zainab here, welcome or welcome back to Zainab Chats! I don’t usually talk about my religion online but for anybody that doesn’t know, I’m Muslim and today I celebrated Eid (a religious festival for the end of Ramadan – the period where muslims fast) and I wanted to share some of the highlights of my day!

First of all, yesterday I got my henna done and I thought it looked really pretty. I always love doing my Henna on Eid!

Taking Down The Ramadan Calendar:
This was a little bit bittersweet, I’m going to miss taking a chocolate out everyday to finish my fast, even if I didn’t remember to take one everyday!

Kripsy Kremes:
What better way to celebrate then Krispy Kremes, they definitely are my favourite dessert!

Thank you so much for reading this blog post, I hope you guys enjoyed, I know it was slightly different to my usual ones but I wanted to share this special day! Let me know how you guys have been in the comments, I’d love to catch up!

Hey, Zainab! Long time no see! I really like your Henna, I used to have Henna done when we had carnivals at school. Some of the mothers of the Indian students would set up stalls and do Henna for people. It felt so nice when they were putting it on and it looked pretty too – not as pretty as yours though! I hope you enjoyed those chocolates, you definitely deserved them after fasting.
