3 Books To Help Increase Your Positivity

Hello everyone it’s Zainab here, welcome or welcome back to the blog! You guys know how much I value positivity, but sometimes it doesn’t always instantly come to us – and some books help to bring positive energy into your life. So today, I’m going to be sharing my top 3 favourite positvity books!

Good Vibes Good Life by Vex King

Good Vibes Good Life is such an empowering book – Vex King uses it so spread awareness about self love and how it’s vital to a person’s success! He includes some good tips in the book such as a meditation tutorial! He also goes a little bit more into detail about a person’s happiness by talking about serotonin and endorphins and how they help you create more of a positive vibe, and what you can do to increase this!

This book honestly helped me learn so much more about positivity and the energy you put into the world. I would 100% recommend it to anybody no matter how they’re feeling!

The Little Book Of Positivity by Lucy Lane

When you read The Little Book Of Positivity, you’ll think there won’t be much information as it’s a small book – but don’t underestimate it’s size! In the book, there are so many useful pieces of advice such as finding out your stressors as well as mini quotes that will definitely lift your mood!

Angel Delights by Brian Davis

Angel Delights is a book that I actually only got very recently but I’ve loved it! It’s very much a book that has a few words, but the words it does have can be very motivational to you in a time of sadness. The little pieces of motivation combined with the doodles are a great way to make someones day a little bit brighter!

Bonus – Faith Books

I just wanted to add faith books as a bonus as I know some of my readers are religious. I didn’t want to choose any specific faith, but everyone has their own relationship with God so I know that reading a religious book: The Quran, The Bible, The Torah (to name a few) can really help soothe people when upset. I just wanted to add this because I also want this blog to be a safe place where people can share about their religion and what they take comfort in reading!
