Hey everyone, welcome or welcome back to my blog! As you guys know, I’ve been reading this book called Atomic Habits and it’s an been a joy to read – it’s so impactful! I know a lot of people have read it, so today I’ll be sharing my thoughts!

Atomic Habits got some amazing reviews including 5/5 from Waterstones as well as an average of 4.4/5 stars on Goodreads. It also got an average Google Audience Rating of 4.7/5 stars!
My Opinion
Atomic Habits is a book with advice that will stick with you for life. I think the best part of the book is the fact that James Clear doesn’t just tell you what to do. He actually gives you examples and puts his ideas into perspective in order to have the most beneficial results. For example, when he talked about implementation intentions and habit stacking, he included cues of how we can use them.
James Clear also added something really unique into the book which I haven’t seen many self help books do before. He adds success stories of other people so we’re really able to see exactly how they did he habit. It’s also another reassurance that these habits do actually work, and it’s not someone just being biased! For example, in the first chapter about improving 1% every day, James Clear tells the story of how British Cycling used this rule to become victorious.
You can also just tell the amount of effort that went into this book – so many graphs and laws were used and mentioned. It’s clear a lot of time and research went into this book which is so great to see!

I GOT THIS BOOK FOR CHRISTMAS. Lol Im still trying to get around it. Your summary makes me even more anxious to read it. I want the life changing mindset affect too!!!
