Hello everyone it’s Zainab here, welcome or welcome back to Zainab Chats! Today, I’m going to be sharing some easy habits that can help boost your positivity and wellbeing. Before we get started, I just wanted to let you guys know I don’t do all of these every single day but I definitely try so we can all help motivate each other. For now, let’s jump into the post!
Making Your Bed In The Mornings
This is a habit I’ve tried to do a lot more but honestly I’m guilt of not doing sometimes! Making your bed will allow you to be more productive as you won’t want to crawl back into bed. I know on the days I don’t do it I definitely don’t get back into bed until the evening.
Taking Vitamins Every Day
Especially during a pandemic, this is something I’ve tried to do more but vitamins will boost your physical as well as mental well-being and will keep you growing healthily!
Changing Your Clothes Every Day
Okay, I’ll admit that most days I stay in my pajamas, but when I do change I feel much less lazy and it really wakes me up in the mornings!
Working Out Most Days
This has been my favourite habit and definitely one I’ve been trying to keep on top of. Working out can be super fun for some people (including myself) and although it can be quite tiring, it really does boost my wellbeing. Personally, working out in the garden on a warm day is so great for me!
Reading Before You Go To Sleep
I’ve been reading a lot more recently and when I read before I sleep, my mind somehow becomes calmer and I find that I fall asleep much quicker!
