Hello everyone it’s Zainab here, welcome or welcome back to Zainab Chats! Today, I’m going to be sharing some easy habits that can help boost your positivity and wellbeing. Before we get started, I just wanted to let you guys know I don’t do all of these every single day but I definitely try so we can all help motivate each other. For now, let’s jump into the post!

Making Your Bed In The Mornings
This is a habit I’ve tried to do a lot more but honestly I’m guilt of not doing sometimes! Making your bed will allow you to be more productive as you won’t want to crawl back into bed. I know on the days I don’t do it I definitely don’t get back into bed until the evening.
Taking Vitamins Every Day
Especially during a pandemic, this is something I’ve tried to do more but vitamins will boost your physical as well as mental well-being and will keep you growing healthily!
Changing Your Clothes Every Day
Okay, I’ll admit that most days I stay in my pajamas, but when I do change I feel much less lazy and it really wakes me up in the mornings!
Working Out Most Days
This has been my favourite habit and definitely one I’ve been trying to keep on top of. Working out can be super fun for some people (including myself) and although it can be quite tiring, it really does boost my wellbeing. Personally, working out in the garden on a warm day is so great for me!
Reading Before You Go To Sleep
I’ve been reading a lot more recently and when I read before I sleep, my mind somehow becomes calmer and I find that I fall asleep much quicker!

Making my bed in the morning is really effective but no one takes it seriously. I’m planning to work out, you know since this lockdown I’ve become even more lazy 😑

I found when I use to wind down by learning another language on Duolingo, it made me feel more productive?? Even if it was just some simple stuff.

Thanks for the tips, they were also interesting to read because we got to see a little bit of what you like to do during the day to be positive. I also like reading but I usually do it in the morning when I wake up. And work-outs always make me feel much more positive – that one always works for me. I also agree with Hazel above, I like to do a little bit on Duolingo everyday teaching myself Spanish because it makes me feel more productive.

It’s so much fun! It’s honestly one of the highlights of my day. Spanish is surprisingly easy to learn and I feel so good after I learn a new phrase or sentence.
