Hi guys, welcome or welcome back to the blog! I feel like it’s been a while since I did a simple positivity post. And I feel like I need to write this right now, and I you guys can benefit from reading it. Today, I’ll be sharing a few small acts you can do to increase your positivity!

Smile More
I know this is really cheesy, but smiling more actually does increase your positivity. Vex King said in his book Good Vibes Good Life that smiling releases endorphins which are happy hormones. So, even if you’re smiling in a bad situation – your mood really will be boosted. That’s why fake it till you make it, actually applies to this situation!
Hug Someone
Hugging someone else is the best feeling, because you’re both feeding off of the others emotions. It creates a warmth of positivity and really does help in tough situations. I challenge you to go hug someone right now!
Create A Positivity Board
This is actually one of my plans for this year. A positivity board is very similar to a vision board, except it quotes and pictures about positivity and fills you with positive vibes. I honestly can’t wait to make mine and am excited to share it with you all. If you can’t make a physical one, Pinterest is a great way to make a digital alternative!
Thank you all so much for reading this blog post, I know it was quite short but I wanted to keep it simple. Let me know how you stay positive in the comments!

Yes, be positive. That’s really important. Sometimes a small thing can throw me off balance. It is really annoying.

It definitely happens to me sometimes too, I think the positivity board of goals and mantras would definitely help – Iβm planning to make one at some point!
